ABOUT ME

I have over two decades of career development experience with  10 years of specializing in serving people with doctorates. In addition to earing a doctorate in Education, I am an ICF certified PCC level coach who has worked individually with over 500 clients with PhDs. My background and experience enable me to provide highly tailored and effective coaching and guidance around career pivots and job changes.

I founded this company in 2022 after a successful 30 year career in higher education. I wanted to continue empowering high achieving women to do work that really matters to them. More specifically, I wanted to free them from the barriers holding them back from creating a career and life that they love.  This is a completely virtual,  boutique-style career and life coaching company specializing in women with PhDs and other doctorates.  My services include highly personalized  individual coaching to a small number of select clients, group coaching courses and webinars.  I also do consulting with higher education organizations that want to improve career services for their doctoral students and postdocs.

This online learning platform provides high quality, easily accessible and affordable career related content tailored to women with PhDs and doctorates.  My goal is to provide highly relevant content and to create spaces and experiences for women with doctorates to discuss the unique challenges they face in life and at work.  Offerings include  multi-session live online courses,  short webinars, a weekly blog and monthly e-mail newsletter. Accounts are free and I won't bombard you with marketing emails if you sign up for one!
