I'd like to introduce you to me, my company and this online learning space for people with doctorates!

ABOUT ME

I have over two decades of career development experience with nearly 10 years of specializing in serving people with doctorates. In addition to earing a doctorate in Education, I am an ICF certified ACC level coach with over 140 hours of coach training. My background and experience enable me to provide highly tailored and effective coaching and guidance around career pivots and job changes.

SMART CAREER DESIGN, LLC

My company, founded in 2022, is a completely virtual boutique-style career and life coaching company. My services include highly personalized individual coaching virtually to a small number of select clients, group coaching courses and webinars. I also do consulting with higher education organizations that want to improve career services for their doctoral students and postdocs.

Launched in January of 2024, the Smart Career Design Learning Lab provides high quality, easily accessible and affordable career related content tailored to people with doctorates. Offerings include multi-session live online courses, short webinars, a weekly blog and monthly e-mail newsletter.
