Module 4: What Are Your Next Steps?
7 Lessons
This 4-week course is the foundation for making a successful career pivot or job change. It is designed to awaken you, get you unstuck and reconnected to who you really are and what you want from your work and career. Unfortunately, many people skip this important step and jump right into job searching which can result in job search FRUSTRATION and possibly landing in a new job only to find the same or WORSE frustrations and misalignments.
The online content in this course is broken up into small manageable chunks suitable for busy professionals. The weekly lessons include short informational videos and activities for you to complete before or after the live sessions, as your schedule allows. Each live session will reinforce the the online content. Small group discussions and individual coaching of course members will also take place in the live sessions.
By the end of the 4-week course, participants who actively engage can expect:
1) increased clarity about their values, skills, and strengths
2) more knowledge about how to use informational career conversations to more deeply explore and evaluate possible next moves; and
3) a personalized action plan of next steps and techniques for addressing challenges to making a career or job change such as their inner critic voice.
Enrollees will have access to the course content, including live session recordings, and online community indefinitely.
